My Story

A broker associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Bonita Springs office, Michael Timmerman has cultivated his 40-year career as a national development consultant and real estate professional. With expertise in monitoring housing market trends and related economic dynamics, Mike can provide his customers with unique market insights and real-time information to assist them in making informed decisions. He is a frequent speaker on real estate market trends, economic analysis, and the impact of club amenities on the value and marketability of real estate.

Mike holds the prestigious Counselors of Real Estate designation (CRE) from the National Association of REALTORS®, which is awarded by invitation only. In addition to his career as a REALTOR®, Mike works as the chief market intelligence officer at Club Benchmarking, a nationally recognized financial and business consulting firm specializing in the private club industry.

Originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Mike earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Northland College and completed post-graduate education in real estate appraisal and community planning from the Appraisal Institute and the Urban Land Institute. He previously held the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute and completed all of the educational requirements for the MAI appraiser designation.

A resident of Southwest Florida for over 40 years, he recently moved to Chapel Hill, NC. Over the past 40 years, he has been a member of the Naples Pelican Bay Rotary Club and has served on the boards of numerous local organizations.
